This book collected excerpts from papers presented by the Pastor-Theologian participants under two clusters: “Beyond Nihilism,” engaging the end times: theologians’ views (including Luther, Aquinas, Kierkegaard, etc.), and science’s “Big Bang” or “Big Crunch” theory; and “Eternal Life,” discussions on science, technology, theology, and the congregational role in proclaiming Christ and the eschaton. Each section included a brief introduction by the author, with summarizing comments.(MG)
