In his brief article, Garret Keizer recalls a summer job he once had at a glue factory. Keizer compares his unique experience at the factory, working next to murderers and rapists, to Thomas Merton’s book, “Seven Storey Mountain.” Keizer also compares his experience at the glue factory to the structures in our society, our schools, and our churches.
